Dan was quick to respond and was communicative with their arrival. They did a great job overall, my rugs and couch look much better. A couple of old stubborn stains are still slightly present but look much more faded, and the rest of the areas look wonderful. (I expected that some old stubborn stains may not go away and Dan was clear on this too up-front, so this was to be expected.) Both Dan and Steven were very friendly. Dan is obviously an expert in this area. He shared some information about the products they use and answered some of my questions. The only minor issue was that there's a couple water/soap smudges on the floor where some drips happened, but this will only take me 5 minutes to clean up. Overall would definitely recommend. They had a tight window to work in and did a stellar job given how filthy my tenants had left the carpet. They were able to identify the types of each stain, and used an array of treatments to bring the carpets back to life. The were very communicative leading up the appointment and throughout the process, and gave me some great recommendations as well.I had a water issue that had potentially caused mold on my wall to wall carpet. I spoke on the phone with Dan at great length. He was patient with me and carefully explained a variety of options. Although it became apparent that it was not necessary for him to directly help me by providing contracting services, his willingness to share his knowledge and provide referrals of names of other business people that could help was greatly appreciated. When the repair work is completed, I plan to have Dan come out and clean some upholstery and rugs.Dan and his team were quick to schedule. I was so displeased and unhappy with the service.Carpet cleaner showed up 6 hours late. There was a snow storm that day so I expected a delay but not by 6 hours. Worker was fine but clearly over worked and had to come back next day to finish. Cleaning service was used the next day and did a ok job but was twice as expensive as other A rated cleaning services on Angie's list. The cleaners were on time and professional but much more expensive than what we expected versus prior cleaning services.Did a great job, and would definitely hire again!The technician was 45 minutes late. He was very kind and personable but he was wearing his trousers low and his underwear was visible. The service itself was marginal at best.Great!N/AWork was done quickly and professionallyI think the man who cleaned the carpet should have covered his shoes with protector. I had to leave and my husband was there and he did not know everything that was included in the price. I am not sure I got the deodorizer and protector although it came with the cleaning purchase; I did not smell any deodorizer.
