Our Approach to Reviews

We’ve been around for over 20 years and asking for reviews just wasn’t something we ever really did until recently. Most of the feedback we got came in naturally—from happy customers who felt like sharing their experience.

Dan Anderson started this company in 2005 and shows a history of excellence. Though his business has grown, he continues to strive to maintain that reputation with strong in house training and the hiring of qualified, professional individuals.

Let’s be real—no company is perfect, and a few negative reviews are just part of doing business. In fact, it’s kinda expected. People are way more likely to leave a review when they’re upset than when they’re satisfied, so the few negative ones that pop up usually speak louder than they should.

It shows that most folks walk away happy. At Anderson Certified, we’re proud of our strong track record, before we ever considered “reviews” a thing—and while we’ve had a few bumps like anyone else, the overwhelming majority of our reviews come from customers who were thrilled with the results.
